I’ve worked my way through six different careers, held positions in over a dozen industries, and lived in five countries. I hold a bachelor of arts in psychology and law, and among many other subjects, I've studied communications, social media, various business-related technology, organizational behaviour, and four languages.
I’m passionate about using my skills and experience in practical ways to help people take their businesses to the next level.
When I hear small business owners express frustration about their administrative processes, I automatically start to think of ways to help them save time, money and possible headaches.
When I see online writing or print publications that are confusing, unfocused or containing grammatical or spelling mistakes, I want to fix them so the messages reach their target audience.
And when I know someone has an awesome business but their online presence is underwhelming or non-existent, I want to teach them how they can increase sales by using social media effectively.
